And also you can do mindfulness exercises, which sound really dull and they are quite.
I'm not not going to lie, but I like to once a week.
sit down, no devices.
I sit on the floor actually to keep myself awake.
No devices, sit on the floor back against the wall and have next to me a pencil and paper.
And any thought that comes in, I don't turn it into thinking.
I keep it as a thought, just write it down.
So it's sort of like, oh, I can hear clanking outside.
So any old random shit.
