And the full stop means that you stop exploring.
You stop saying, how do I do this?
You know, what are my triggers and what could I do to respond differently?
You're not doing the work.
You've just got the label and you're holding it up.
And that isn't particularly helpful.
It might make you feel better in the short term because it quietens the critical voice.
But in the long term, it's, you know, if you're behaving impulsively at the expense of your relationships, you're going to make your life difficult for yourself.
It's to slow down, slow down and notice what's happening to you.
Sounds easy.
And also have a look at your screen time.
And if it's more than an hour on social media, have a word with yourself.
If it's more than an hour on games, have a word with yourself and pick up a book.
