He won't look at me, and he will not give me verbal confirmation that he is willing and able to assist in the event of an emergency.

And she said, I don't know what to do about it.

And the other flight attendant, the male flight attendant who had been at the front, who I think was maybe the lead flight attendant, said, okay, let's just put him in another seat.

And she said, well, I would really like if someone else could go and talk to him because he's just like not – he's not listening to me.

And I can't have him sit there.
