It's the first Nick Adams story.

It's a young –

boy traveling with his father and an uncle, his father's a doctor, to, in the middle of the night, to an Indian camp where there's a woman who's struggling to give birth.

And it's kind of what happens in this room while Nick is looking at the scene, you know, something, a little boy watching a woman really struggling to deliver a baby.

And that's pretty much it.

I mean, it's a very quiet story.

Here's what I think.

Just keep a little book of those short stories near you, Lauren, and just open it up, you know, and pick a story every once in a while.

I'm not going to say that's an upper, but A Big Tarded River, I love that.

And that's one I'm going to recommend, and I'm going to think you're going to come back and say, that one didn't do it for me, Phoebe, but maybe.

have a hard time talking about this specific short story, which is the saddest thing I have read.
