I'm not so convinced about my country, and I want to get that kind of oomph and energy and dynamism in Britain because I don't disagree with a lot of the characterization you've had. If we are a country in the doldrums right now, we are.

Yeah, I mean, I think it would have been a very smart move by Trump to send a unifying message to a very fractured and divided America if he was to do it. But for Joe Biden to do it after assuring the world, including the American electorate, repeatedly... in the last few months up to the election, I'm not going to do that. I'm not going to pardon him.
