So they're trying to look at, read about the description, what's happening, get that.

And then when they get close, when they get the description, there'll be laptop down, phone down, driver out, bolt out, and whatever you've got there.

And it's like that all the time.

It could be anything.

Um, some officers sit there and go potentially a different team.

For me, I find gang intelligence and,

Developing that sort of side of everything.

Really interesting.

That's what I want to sort of aim to.

But all officers go through team and response to get your knowledge of different situations.

Right, right.

We all start off at either where I am at SMT or you start off at Safe Neighbourhoods or you start off at team and you rotate between the two.

Find a lot of where you want to stay.

Stay there until you're under probation period and then you go out and then you can sort of go into a specific area or

um, organized team that, you know, I don't know, gangs team or mounted branch, et cetera.
