And like as hard as my birth was, the moment she came out, I was like, I would do that again.
And it was the worst pain of my life.
and I fainted and I threw up every contraction and my epidural didn't work and the baby came out and I was like, I would do that a hundred more times.
So just have confidence in your body and know that your body can handle it and that there are doctors that are there.
If you're doing an at-home birth,
Your body can handle it and maybe you've got a doula or what do they call them?
A midwife that will talk you through it.
But for me, I'm a hospital girly and I have a lot of confidence in the people there helping me through it.
So take that with what you want.
And then here's what I want to talk about too is the hospital bag.

Okay.
I'm going to do rant, like not random things, but things that I find to be very important that aren't super common.
The number one thing in my hospital bag that like, if I forget, I will have somebody bring to me as a heating pad because the second that baby comes out, your uterus lights on fire.
And I turned that heating pad up all the way and I put it on top of me and it felt so good.
Like you're, you are burnt.
Like cold pack.
