Like that is what my childhood left me.
It does serve me well because I know when an arsehole is around straight away.
The hard thing is, Ray, is that, I don't mean an arsehole, but like say I'm in a room, right, and someone is just not kind and I know it.
And then my friend is there and she's like, oh my God.
But also I can't always trust that because I'm hardwired to see the negative.
And so I have to like watch myself with that all the time.
And it's really affected my relationships over the years because before therapy, I just believed it.
you know, if you're looking for the bad, you will definitely see it.
But if you're looking for, because everybody's fallible, everyone does bad things, right?
