And the reason is that the only way to bring it back to ensure that there is that communication between scientists.
One of the arguments is that, first of all, it's more efficient.
And because, of course, from the Nature Mercy perspective, this is a much simpler way.
The other is to reduce administrative costs and allow more peer review flexibility.
And yes, maybe there is less bias, but still we need to ensure that we fund the best possible projects, not the ones that by chance can get a better score, because there was an incentive debate for which we have all been trained since starting this career.
