And I do put that down to my mom and you've met my mom and you know what she's like.
And she was the solid, you know, beautiful, warm, all of the things that you want in parents.
She probably had in more abundance than maybe two people.
You know, she maybe had enough for two.

And I mean, he in the note he left, you know, he left this note and he did say, you know, his whole thing was you'll be better off without me.
I mean, he was trying to do it for a while and he would say to my mum, you know, I'm doing this for you.
You'll be better off.
I mean, I think, I can't speak for her, but I think my mum would say that we were in a way better off.
Because obviously there's, you know, obviously she didn't want her husband to die.
She didn't want the father of her children to die.
But it was a very difficult thing dealing with a person who was mentally ill, who then, you know, was medicated.
He wasn't really, he knew himself, he wasn't necessarily contributing and all that.
And having said all that, you still don't want your dad not to be in the picture.
Yeah, it's funny because we'd be similar, me and my mother, like that.
She could see, I think, very quickly how life could continue, that life wasn't going to be this terrible thing.
