When you mentioned the Cliff Swift, what Spielberg did with Saving Private Ryan was just absolutely incredible.
The first time you see that movie, man, you're just slack-jawed for the next two hours.
But another great movie, The Longest Day, it was made in the 60s, and it's about the invasion of D-Day as well.
And it's an incredible movie.
They had every major star in the world, practically.
And what they were able to accomplish back in the 60s was amazing.
Yeah, you brought that up recently.
I hadn't heard of that.
Definitely.
And Band of Brothers is the great miniseries to check out as well.

My uncle Mike, my mother's brother, he was in Vietnam.
He paid his price.
He'd come home like a lot of guys, pretty banged up for a while.
But he fortunately got better and got into the recovery community and helped a lot of people out after he got sober.
Came home with a nice little AK-47, too, for a little souvenir.
My grandfather, he was in the Navy.
He served in the South Pacific during World War II.
He was on, I believe, an aircraft carrier.
