And I said, watch, you should brush your teeth and floss.
He said, yeah, brush your teeth with a dry toothbrush like Rav Moshe says.
Rabbi Willig made it clear that he Paschans like Rav Moshe, not like his Rabbi Rav Salveichik, not like Rav Shachter.
In our office, mincha minyan, the shlech tzibur is often a gerer chassid, and ger minach is to never recite tachlan at mincha.
What should non-gerer individuals do?
Follow the shlech tzibur, say tachlan quietly.
Since this occurs regularly, should he be encouraged politely not to daven for an amit?
So I think that if it's not a gerer shtibel that you're davening in, then one gerer chassid should not be koveh the minhag of the whole place, meaning unless it's his minyan or it's his office and he has the right to be koveh the minhag, that could be, meaning if the office is owned by a gerer chassid, so you could say, my place, my minhag, and that's fine, he's entitled to do that.
Remember, I asked Rav Shechter recently,
We have in the five towns a minion factory.
Now, the people who run it, who run the whole operation, are Svardin.
And their policy is that whoever gets up to Daven could choose whether they're Davening Eidot Mizrach, whether they're Davening Nusr Hashkenaz or Nusr Svard.
There's a big wheel in front of the room so that they could turn the wheel to whichever nusrch they're davening so everyone could see what nusrch it's going to be.
But one thing, during the Shachar S'minyanim there is a Nesiyas Kapayim every single day.
So I asked Rav Shechter, a lot of people, a lot of Kohanim were bothered by this.
I'm not a Sephardi Kohen, should I be doing the Siyas Kapayim?
Should I walk out for the Siyas Kapayim?
So Rav Shechter said, the Sephardim run it.
So it's so nice of them to allow you to do Nusra Hashkanahs.
