And so it's been like, I had a huge injury for like a year, for two years that was like causing me so much pain that I couldn't really see. And so I didn't really have an effective time at the gym during that time. But I'm back. I got an epidural. I'm back and I'm going to not waste this nature's gift of steroids and probably fentanyl.

How did you get yours? um a car accident when i was like 24 or something or 23 yeah and it sucks so bad it's like you kind of want like bad things to happen to you as late in life as possible so you don't have to walk around with that kind of pain or whatever
