So when it's there, she can look and she's like, well, is that actually true?
And is that a fact?
It's not a fact because lots of people work really hard for money and don't make a lot of money.
And lots of people have heaps of rental properties on the Gold Coast and, you know, work three days a week or three hours a week.
that's not true what she was telling herself and when you can see that it's not true you're like well okay what what is true my reframe of that belief is like there's lots of different ways to make money it could be working really really hard it could be blah blah blah blah inheriting a whole lot of money as a way to make money so you sort of a person will naturally update it to be something that feels right to them and makes sense to them it's like a little kind of um
incorrect fact.
It might have been a fact when they learnt it because their mum had to work really, really hard because she was a solo mum and that's what it looked like.
But it's not true anymore.
So in the light of day, it kind of will change or they can change it.
Sometimes it is just one aha.
Like, you know, if you're driving home and you find a shortcut, you just take the shortcut.
You don't need to reinforce that shortcut.
You just found a better way.
And so it happens really easily.
But other times those beliefs are really entrenched.
And then, you know, it's like it's really nice to have a friend remind you or, you know, write your new belief up on the fridge or find ways to reinforce it so that you, you know, it takes about three weeks to make a habit.
So you want to make a new habit.
You want to be like, that's right.
There's lots of ways to make money.
Money can be fun or whatever you've decided.
