So one of my favorite things to encourage people to do is to give up one thing that you currently consume, alcohol, cigarettes, binge watching TV until 2 a.m. and messing up your sleep schedule. Anything that you currently consume that you know is not good for you. Doesn't matter what it is. Everyone will have something that pops into their head.
