Rowan admitted that the house he was staying in was a trap house and they went there with the intention of doing drugs.

Rowan's sister and mother were also aware of his and Madison's active drug use.

Just a few weeks after arriving to that trap house, by the afternoon of February 9th, a friend of Rowan's, Chad, called Keona to inform her that he and Madison had just left seven-month-old Colton in his care

and he wasn't sure if they were coming back for him.

When Kiana arrived to the house, she was met with Chad, who was standing outside holding Colton, wearing only a diaper, no clothes.

At that point, Kiana called Roan to ask him what was going on.

In the call, she said that it sounded like Roan was driving and heard Madison's voice in the background.

Roan said that Oakley had been bouncing on a bouncy ball that day and had fallen off and gotten hurt.

So they took Oakley to the hospital to make sure she was okay.

By that point, Kiona grabbed the baby and started to head out.

But just as they were leaving, they saw Madison and Roan pull up.

At that time, she didn't see Oakley with them and didn't try to talk to them.

She just walked past them and left.

By that point, though, Kiona was concerned for Oakley's well-being.

It was only a short time between when they were contacted by Chad to when the couple arrived back home.

She did not believe it was enough time for Oakley to have been driven all the way to the hospital, dropped off, and then them drive all the way back.

So after leaving, Kiona called Rowan again, asking him what really happened.

Rowan told her that he had left Oakley at the hospital before returning home.

She tried asking further questions, but Roan just got agitated and refused to answer any of them.

Based on that, Keona started calling around to local hospitals to see if Oakley had been at any of them, but no one had any record of her.
