At that point, Gilad was back in Austin after their failed surveillance attempt.
Eric decided that night to meet up with Gilad where they discussed their next steps.
According to investigators, it was this night when Gilad brought up the idea of killing both Will and Holly and Eric jumped at the idea.
Without hesitation, he agreed to it.
Gilad discussed a price of $750,000 total for the hit, which Eric agreed to.
I do want to note that as I said earlier, Gilad determined that Holly was not involved in the blackmail, yet he ultimately decided that both of them needed to be taken out.

From there, Brian, who again was the man who connected Gilad with Adam, decided to get out there and join in on the mission.
By the evening of March 11th, Brian flew out to Austin from Nashville, picked up a rental car and then met up with Adam.
By the evening of March 12th, the security cameras at Holly's apartment capture her and Will leaving her unit for the last time.
