I was thinking of when we thought about this topic, like, when is it the team's fault and when is it the manager's fault?

Like, the manager can't go out into the pitch.

We were talking about this in terms of rugby, which we'll discuss again in a minute.

But when does the manager, like, how do you know, like, I've done enough, like, I've done all the training, I've done all the preparation, I've picked the right people, but...

for whatever reason this team just isn't performing and I suppose if you're a really good manager you'll be able to get the team to turn it around but what seems to be the biggest problem especially in football is that they're just not getting the time

Do you think managers are very important?

Or if you've got a good team and a good team environment, you'll kind of get it done anyway?

Is it his fault?

No, no.

Now they're questioning the system.

They're questioning the recruitment and the school system, but they know that this guy has just come in.
