What form or what do you mean it's disempowering?
Yeah, I like to kind of like just share my personal story.

I do want to share and I think it's important that at my biggest, I was 335, which, you know, that's my story.
And body positivity has given me the confidence to, in my opinion, appropriately lose weight because I've lost 80 pounds.

That's, you know, a personal choice.
I think it's all about body sovereignty, more about not just losing weight.
It's about what fits in your body.
What are the best health choices for you specifically?
It's different for everyone.
Everyone has different goals.
If it's building muscle or losing fat or also just increasing their mobility.
I mean, I go to Pilates and yoga and it's great for those kind of things.
