And so my question is, when was the schedule finalized?

Because if it was not finalized before all this variable receding mess came out, it feels like they would want to stay away from that to start the season.

But Mike, just from a public standpoint, don't you agree that that is avoiding the smoke?

If you just say, we're not going to have Mike Vrabel against the, the, the Seattle Seahawks to open the season.

Isn't that the easiest way to avoid the smoke that would come with that?
