There's a wonderful young man that was on the Soul Boom podcast that I do named Alex Banyan.

And he's doing a documentary right now about the youth mental health crisis.

And he's diagnosed a lot of these issues.

in a really exacting way.

And one of the things he talks about is the importance of connection.

And connection is different than communication, right?

So you can post a picture of your puppy on Instagram, and you can have 300 friends and 87 of them like it.

That's communication, but it's not connection.

You're not really connecting with someone about their puppy.

And I noticed that here in New York city over the years, as I, as I've come back, cause I used to live here for a long time before cell phones existed.

I left in 99 and there were no cell phones.

And then,

came back and visited.

And you had a pager, I bet.

Um, I had a pager just like Dwight Schrute.

Yes, I did.

Um, but people on their phones walking down the street.

Right.
