Am I wanting all this stuff outside of me?

It's like a breath.
You know, it's like in the tennis game.

ah, disappointment breath, and then a new breath.

Exactly, and then you're on to the next play, but you don't carry that disappointment with you, but you don't stuff it down somewhere and stick it in the closet.
You breathe it, you experience it, and then you move on, and you heal in the doing.
