So if they hit the quota, then they get incentive both in terms of cash and in terms of equity.
Typically, the advisors, each of them have to bring at least one 100K customer per year, and they bring around 10 paid smaller tier customers per year.
Ideally, around 150K.
Some of them have hit the 150K and gone above it.
Some of them are below it.
But yeah, ideally, the median ranges are 150K.
That's a good question for the first year.
That's why we have raised some funds.
First year, when you are operating, you tend to be a bit more aggressive.
We have been a bit aggressive.
So we have made margin.
It's not a very good margin in the first year, but upcoming model, when we are raising further rounds and hiring more people, then the quota will be higher.
