I could probably call him tomorrow and you can go on and on and on like that until one day you can't.
Same thing with our fitness.
It's very easy to procrastinate on fitness or money because it's not like your house is being taken away or even your cable's being shut off.
You'll probably be fine until one day you hit this brick wall and it's not.
So that's the avoider.
