And so in order to have net negative revenue churn on a self-service model with 6.3% average monthly churn, we would have to be upselling customers at an insane rate, right?
Like everyone would have to be buying almost double what they bought last year, this year.
Wait, hold on.
Gross monthly customer churn.
So in order to have net negative revenue churn, you would need...
the rest of your customers to be buying more and more and more at an incredibly high rate, right?
You know what I mean?
Ah, gotcha.
Yes.
And we are much less in that realm because we don't actually serve enterprise customers.
So we top out at about 500 bucks a month.
We are really designed for the small and medium business and the small to medium consultants and agencies.
