The real disaster isn't stuff like that, the marketplace.
The disaster of rent and homes and not having enough places to live in Manhattan, which is very expensive, or New York in general, and I'm positive The Socialist is going to make it worse.
Rent control, what does that mean?
If you're in the middle of Manhattan and you can get an apartment for $300, you're like,
