Well, I mean, you don't really have to teach people.
People aren't as dumb as you think they are.
To change people's behavior patterns is extraordinarily difficult.
I know, but that's why they have to make choices.
They become smart very quickly.
If you give somebody 96% or 94% of what they were getting for food stamps, they will be smart within a week.
They will make these decisions.
