it's on his record whether we think it's fair or not he had to try to manage up but it didn't seem like he did much of that right it was essentially taking the shots remote ownership taking you know direction and then in a lot of ways eating the bullets and but managing up is a very important aspect of this job you just mentioned eating bullets
