It's maddening.
I don't really have the heart to dive much more into it.
But it was one of the few shining beacons of a great organization doing great things in a massive market for public golf in this country and in a country that is already lacking the appropriate care around public golf.
And to see it happen like this is just really, really a big bummer.
First stop's going to be Istanbul for Jamie.
Who's to say he's not?
He's Albanian now.
What can he really do?
What else is in your notebook, TC?
I totally agree, TC.
This will be 16 years since Adam Scott, and we'll see it, of course, at the AIG Women's Open later this year as well.
But you get there and you're like, it is pretty small.
We were at Birkdale and Liverpool this week, and it's clearly the smallest of the three in terms of all the things you need to go into a massive tournament like the Open Championship.
But...
it's one of the best examinations of golf out there especially if they get any wind at all it is just every single aspect of it is extremely challenging and 100 and i've said 252 bunkers for like 12 years i've been saying that apparently there's only like 180 or 190 i've been overestimating but it feels that way and they're vacuums they're massive um
just like all these collection areas around the bunker, just funnel everything into them.
And it's just one of the most expertly designed golf courses I've ever played.
And we're going to get a heavy dose of it here over the next three years.
We're all better off for it.
We got eyes on Royal Birkdale, um, the changes that have been made there as well.
