therapists will often use and friends will use with each other like you're treating would you say this to your friend yeah exactly and that's what she kind of pulls on him but i think it's fair i think it works and he says you know i never really thought about it that way she says well fucking do something about it go to sleep leg day tomorrow like we had the conversation we got it out

You think about what I said.

Go get some rest.

We're going to get up tomorrow and be about the business of being about the business that we are being about.

And he goes to bed and falls asleep, which is also we know is pretty huge.

So this is feeling not so much like Murphy morning is over.

No, definitely not.

But as we've been having these lots of little moments of Harry getting

a little bit more whole, a little bit more resilient, you know, just like little small increments of making his way back to who he is while he's got all this other stuff swirling around.

This feels like a big step in that direction.

So it's not that I expect him to not ever think about Murphy anymore, but I don't think he's going to be visiting with the shade much.

I'm not saying that that's the very last time.

I'd like it to be the last time, but

I don't know if it's going to be the last time but I don't think it will be every night anymore.

I'm curious if Harry does move into a place of forgiving himself that will alleviate some of the guilt that he feels and then will that leave space for him to start to strategize about what he needs to do to deal with the current conflicts that are swirling.

Like he's so

laser focused on his grief and being stuck in it that he's like half half assing everything else and I'm curious now if he's going to have more emotional resources to get into these problems because these problems exist regardless of whether he's in a good place to deal with them or not he still has a marriage coming up any month now

still got thomas um we kind of dealt with the with bach but but not entirely you know because they could have set something off that we don't know about just yet true you know so i'm not i'm not gonna put bach's and his shenanigans completely up to the side just yet but um yeah i'm hoping that we've turned a corner

And I'm still not bored.
