Fossils – I mean most things that die and have died forever do not become fossils.
They get consumed by the earth like a normal thing would.
That's why you don't find – Yeah, yeah.
I mean if you're talking about going back 10,000 years, that's why you're not seeing much evidence of stuff.
I mean it's been so long.
These things are preserved because they're between – at most –
typically at most 2,000-ish years in that region old.
They're preserved so well because of the climate there, which is, I mean, when you're going in these barrows, you still see the hair of people.
