Why should they switch to reform?
I don't think people think that way anymore I think them days are over because I used to be one of them voters a long time ago

Didn't know what the policies were, but just go and tick the labour box.
Because that's kind of what everyone did.
But I think that's changed.
I think people want to see a better substance and, I don't know, a real person who can work hard and help them, you know.
not just go in and tick the box just because it's labour.

Obviously, I've spoke to him on the phone many times to welcome him on board.

You know straight away if you can take to somebody.
You can tell he's a family man, a working man.
