So the government were saying, we need houses, so we're not going to let you do that, so we're going to tax you.

But caught up in the middle of that are Dublin City Council who are paying tax on this derelict site, which is planned to be used for a family court.

not for residential housing.

How does that happen?

I was watching the news last night and they were explaining to us why our electricity costs 40% more than the European average.

And I wanted to know why.
