I wouldn't have put you down as a gambler.
And there is an understanding of it.
Unfortunately, I think there isn't sort of a wide societal understanding of it.
Because if there was, there'd be more compassion towards people who suffer from addiction.
Like a lot of people who end up in prison, they are addicts and the addiction comes from something else.
And there's a lot of dual diagnosis that's been missed.
So they self-medicate because they could be suffering from, I don't know, bipolar or schizophrenia or something like that.
And then they end up in prison and that's not where they should be.
Anyway, your brother was a Buddhist.
And a lot of the self-help books, I don't know if you read self-help books.
