So you're probably thinking this is going to be like two, three years down the line, probably competing with Will Howard.

I think anyone who comes in,

there wouldn't be like sky-high expectations.

It would be more along the lines of what happened with Will Howard last year, but probably a couple of rounds earlier.

So, yeah, Nussmeier would be a possibility.

You know, I don't exactly know what took place at LSU for him to fall off this year, but obviously he's not coming into the draft with as much momentum as he would have if he came out after his 2024 season.

Well, I mean, listen, it's different.

When a guy like John Gruden says it a year ago and people kind of clung to that for a while, that was fine.

It was out there.

But when Art Rooney does it, when Mike McCarthy does it,

it's news.

We have to report it.

We have to talk about it.

It's now going to be part of his storyline as, as he, you know, goes through this process of trying to become the team's starting quarterback.

So, you know, it might not be fair to will, you know, those, those expectations have been raised.

Maybe, you know, would have been better off if he was this, you know, big underdog story, but listen, it's out there now.

We know they like him.

Uh,

A lot of people think he has potential, and hopefully he doesn't get injured this summer because I think if people would have saw him last year in the summer or in week 18, if the Steelers would have won that Cleveland game, then I think we'd have a better idea of exactly who he is.

The Steelers might think they know, but as a fan base, you really don't know because you haven't really seen the guy play at all other than in practices.
