ray lc greenwood the late great lc greenwood denied the hall of fame yet again what do you make of how all that went down i mean that process for the seniors or the contributors category i mean you know i kind of grew up in roger craig's era um good player on a dynasty obviously joe montana and jerry rice were were the guys for that team
I just never thought he was a Hall of Fame player.
Very good player, but he gets more votes than Belichick and Robert Kraft.
He gets more votes than Elsie Greenwood.
I just, I don't understand the process.
So, you know, by and large, I think they got, you know, like Larry Fitz getting in like the,
The writers and the other guys who voted on the other guys, I think they largely got it right.
But this seniors thing, it just continues to baffle me the way they vote on that.
And maybe it has to be less than 80%.
Maybe they got to lower it to like,
70, 75% so they can get more guys in.
Cause I think obviously Belichick is deserving and you can make an argument that, uh, you know, LC green would certainly is as well.
I mean, I would certainly do that if I was the Steelers hall of fame voter.
He never let the league in either.
I mean, if Antonio Brown didn't end his career the way he did, I think he's a first ballot Hall of Fame resume guy.
But you got to take into account him quitting on his team.
Why?
No, that's not a moral joke.
That's quitting on your team.
I'm not talking about off-field stuff.
