I think he came from Bowling Green.
He was a curiosity, a talented kid.
So was Dennis Dixon.
Landry Jones was taken in the fourth round.
Josh Dobbs was taken in the fourth round.
And I know Ben was here.
If Ben wasn't here.
and it was just Mason, would we have been talking about, wow, man, this Josh Dobbs guy
You should have seen him the first week of camp.
I think he might be the future.
It's ludicrous, Donnie.
I do think if there was no Ben that a lot of those guys probably would get hyped up back in their time.
I mean, Dixon was an absolute star in college, and then he got hurt, and that pretty much derailed his whole career.
I know, but he wasn't taken until the fourth or fifth round.
That just doesn't happen.
Usually those guys are afterthoughts that you're taking a big-time flyer on.
