You obviously want to keep that draft capital as long as you can to get your quarterback of the future in 2027.
I know that's something that they would still like to do, so I don't know how much they want to
part with in terms of draft capital.
But yes, a trade obviously would be in play as well, as would going the course of Mason Rudolph slash Will Howard.
You don't want to turn it over to a guy like Will Howard, who has never played in the NFL, but obviously we heard it from Aaron the other day.
Aaron's very high on him, just as Mike McCarthy, Omar, and a lot of other people in that Steelers organization.
Aaron Rodgers.
He's the best option.
He's respected within that locker room.
He's a pro.
His teammates got along with him great.
They won 10 games with him.
You know, going to a guy like Kyler Murray or Malik Willis, that could go any direction.
You might strike gold.
You might find something where that could totally go in the other direction and it can tank your season.
So I don't want to say Aaron is the safe bet, but I would say he is the sure bet.
I mean, listen, new coaching staff...
They're keeping the 3-4, but it's going to be a different twist on the 3-4.
They're obviously going to have their own ideas, and Mike McCarthy is going to build his own offense.
So, yeah, it's going to be different, and there are no guarantees that โ
