So there's going to be a lot of upheaval within the roster.

But look at O-line, D-line.

If you get a 3-4 coach, outside linebacker is very deep.

If you keep Patrick Queen, inside linebackers are pretty solid with Malik Harrison and Peyton Wilson.

I mean, the roster is above average.

And I think when you go into this as a young head coach, you can look at the roster and say, OK, I can work with this.

Eventually I'll get a quarterback, but this is a roster I can work with.

That's a contract that could hamstring them.

But to answer your question, they just might be a team that doesn't have a lot of young stars that are known yet.

But listen, maybe Derek Harmon can become the next Cam Hayward.

I know it's not sexy talking about linemen, but building through the trenches is, I don't mind that approach, Joe, until you get your franchise QB.
