You know, we are also at this time of severe wealth inequality and We've been privy to how the one percent really live in the form of social media. Like we can see what every rich person is doing online.

Yeah, for sure. I mean, any kind of like self-reflection or journaling, I think that's very helpful for people. I think modern life can often take away time that we might have otherwise spent doing something just very reflective, very slow, very quiet. And I do think it's not necessarily a bad thing that some people are sort of taking that time to figure out what they want.
