So this is a way of saying for a lot of women, okay, our only value in the society is our value as objectified sexual objects and as childbearing vessels, and we are not going to do either of those things for you any longer.

Yeah, so I'm seeing quite a few different responses. A lot of posters are getting into the idea for be kind of in the same spirit that you might just be like, well, I'm going to move to Canada. You know, it's not necessarily a serious commitment. It's just kind of something you say as an expression of how mad you are. There are also people who are taking it really seriously.
