It's not practical for them to do that.

But I do think, though, it is time that they've talked about it for years, that the parents need to take responsibility, even if they did it on a trial basis.

Put something into law on a trial basis and see, does it make any improvement?

They keep talking about it, but they won't do it.

And I think even if they trial something where the parents were fined or up in court or something like that to see, does it have an impact?

Because they are letting their kids run riot.

Now, Rebecca, I 100% agree with that girl and that other lady that spoke there.

The parents should be, Ciarán, held responsible for their children and their teenagers.

Now, again, Ciarán, there is lovely, lovely people living in Finglas.

But in my case, the road I was living on, most of us died.

Most of them all went.
