If you're really going to hire slow, you better be hiring all the time so that your pace of hiring isn't matched. Not like, oh, I need a person now. I'm going to start looking. It's like, I start recruiting for people I think I'm going to need six to 12 months from now today, as an instance. And so that team sport is really important, but it's not just the employees.
