I think everything that kind of surrounded me and my circumstances made it perhaps more simple.

Yeah.

I mean, like the whole thing's black and white in my mind.

And I think due to the repetition of how many times I'd told him the first 24 hours has a, has a part to play in that.

Um, I found out recently that the typical time it takes to report abuse is 24 years, not 24 hours.

And, um,

I know.

It's horrific when you think about it.

But I think like to your point, the other thing that was, I guess, good for my situation was just how supported I was and how lucky I was for that to happen to me within an organization like Cricket Australia and with the friends that I had around me because, you know,

I used to think like, what would happen to me if, you know, I was working in say like, you know, a five person physiotherapy clinic where the, you know, you got the founder who's, you know, wearing the role of HR and probably can't, you know, afford to support you as well.

And so I was, I was incredibly lucky.

So what that meant in terms of next steps of reporting was, so on Friday we had the, the party and,

uh, Friday night is the assault, uh, Saturday day, try and figure out what the hell is going on.

And I am in my mind.

I'm like, I think I want to report this on the Sunday, the fourth 11 of my cricket club.

We're in a grand final that day.

And so I'm mad at my word.

So I was be there.
