Mentorship is like referenced throughout.
this idea that she's challenging this physical form of mentorship.
And instead, it's more about consuming content and that being your mentor.
So for example, like Aspire by Emigrate, I'm constantly listening to that.
I'm getting access to some of the biggest names in the world.
And what I'm taking away from that are little nuggets of what I can apply to my job, or maybe things I don't want to apply to my job.
And maybe there's someone's working style or how they've built their business isn't actually relevant to me.
So it's like, leave that there where it is.
As much as I hate labels, I do like that it is creating this new wave of digital mentorship.
And I'll tell you what, the appetite for it is there.
When I was at the Social Summit event in Melbourne, there was well over 300 people, a mix of people who worked in corporate, people who worked in media, marketing, but also a lot of small business owners and founders.
a craving connection and a bit of a community to build with like-minded experiences.
That's why they're gravitating to this content.
That's why there's a surge online because people want to consume it.
And if you don't want to, that's fine.
There's also the other end of the spectrum, which is your trad wife content.
And then there's stuff in the middle.
There's something for everyone.
I just don't think we should come at it with this, you know, black and white lens that this girl boss era shouldn't exist or everything that's attached to this is toxic.
