And what about with the nutrition part is interesting because, you know, I'm not in the middle school, high school phase yet.
I'm in like still the picky eater.
I mean, I guess they continue to be picky eaters, but for different reasons, right?
And so, you know, how do you solve that problem when it's the kid doesn't want to eat something?

I like also the idea of, it's like, this is what we have.
You're going to have three vegetables or you're going to be hungry.

So in high school, high school sports?
It's real bad.

So if you have a 10-year-old soccer player, you've got a 12-year-old swimmer, and you've got a 14-year-old basketball player, what would the first month of training look like for each of those?
Would they be similar, different?
How would they differ?
