You can't be like, I'm overwhelmed, I don't want to talk about this and never talk about it again.
Like I need to like calm my nerves because that is avoidant, isn't it?

I mean,
I don't know any other way to communicate really.
And when I'm being blunt, I understand logically that people could see it as rude for whatever reason.
But for me, it's just being like honest.
It's being the most efficient with my words.
Like I don't, what's the point in saying 10 words when you can say two and it mean the same thing.
But it jolts people.
I don't really know what else to say.
