And so don't try to improve yourself.

So what is that?
Like, what are the principles behind this?
And you know, what is the kind of architecture around how you work with people?
There's a lot of ways to describe what we do.
I would say the best way to describe what we do is people are stressed out.
They're just like not happy in their lives.
A lot of people are not happy in their lives and they're very stressed out.
And we think that's because we've got too much to do or we think because we don't have enough money or something like that.
And what I notice is that people are stressed out because they have a lot of negative self-talk.
