Well, that's true of all of these things.
And recovery is training.
So anything that's going to enhance your recovery pharmacologically is a training enhancement.
Because if you can recover quickly, you can train harder, more consistently without getting sick or overtraining.
And the harder you can push yourself
the more consistently, then you're gonna realize gains.
So you could take a substance, it blows your muscles up, but in all of these situations, you still have to train.
It doesn't obviate training.
And I think we've seen that these aren't miracles.
