So back in 1980, when Colonel Sanders died, my dad went to, well, I guess in the 70s, my dad was in mortuary school and got a job as a funeral director.
Well, when Colonel Sanders passed away, they had a tour of Colonel Sanders around Kentucky, and they also had a huge funeral for him in Louisville.
My dad was one of four funeral directors that was in charge of that funeral.
I grew up having a picture of my dad and his daughters on the wall at the funeral.
It was just massive, and there was a lot of people there.
Thanks for telling us that.
Raise money from your family member and go use your full-time income and buy your first property, preferably if it's cashflow positive.
What that means is that if you can live in it and rent out the basement or you can live in it, rent out other rooms,
cover your own cost.
So house is paying itself and you have the mortgage pay down, you have the appreciation, you have a little bit of cash flow to spend and support your lifestyle.
That could be one of the best investment choice in your life.
So I'm not going to lie.
I'm not going to tell you and go save up because it's almost impossible.
