Now they get confident, conceited, overconfident, hubris.
When you ever mention the word hubris with someone, that's before they're going to fail.
And you see it in the media.
Hubris is the indicator of imminent failure.
So experience can be a curse.
Knowledge, training, experience, teamwork.
Individuals will always fail.
